About Us
Approach
Individualised
Our programs are individually customised to meet your specific needs and the goals that you would like to achieve. We start this process through an initial consultation where we discuss your current health status, goals and program options that suit you. Our approach is flexible, in that your program can be modified as your needs change.
Holistic
Whilst exercise has been shown to be an effective treatment for all chronic conditions, your health and wellbeing is also influenced by other lifestyle factors. These factors may include sleep quality, stress levels and nutritional intake. Therefore, we will also provide education and discuss strategies to support you in these areas.
Empowerment
The overarching goal is to support you to build confidence to exercise safely and independently. We achieve this through teaching you the skills and knowledge needed to reach your goals, while providing you with ongoing support and encouragement along the way. You will learn how to take control of your health and improve your quality of life.
